"Client" refers to any individual or entity engaging Wali Services for its offerings.
"Services" include solar, electrical, plumbing, and beetle certification installations, inspections, and maintenance provided by Wali Services.
Wali Services offers professional services in the following areas:
Solar installation services (residential and commercial)
Electrical repairs, installations, and compliance certification
Plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
Beetle inspections and certification for property transactions
All services will be performed with professional expertise, adhering to applicable South African standards and regulations.
Services are subject to availability in specific regions, primarily within the Western Cape. Any changes to service availability will be communicated directly to the client.
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance payable upon completion.
Wali Services accepts payments via EFT, bank transfer, or other methods specified on the invoice.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
Refunds for canceled services will be issued at Wali Services’ discretion, minus any costs incurred.
Wali Services reserves the right to cancel services in cases of unforeseen circumstances, providing full refunds for any payments made.
Provide accurate information and access to the property for the timely delivery of services.
Ensure compliance with any necessary permits or legal requirements before service begins.
Address any existing issues (e.g., property damage, infestation) that may impede service delivery.
Wali Services warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.
Wali Services is not liable for:
Pre-existing property defects.
Damage resulting from misuse or improper maintenance by the client.
Delays caused by third parties or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
All website content, logos, images, and materials provided by Wali Services are protected by copyright laws.
Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute Wali Services' intellectual property without written permission.
Wali Services is committed to protecting client data in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Personal information will only be used for service delivery, invoicing, and communication purposes.

Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation under South African law.
Wali Services reserves the right to terminate services without notice in cases of:
Non-payment by the client.
Breach of these terms by the client.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
